With recent advancements and follow ups with MVM the team has been working harder than ever before , this has resulted in a lot of hours and busy days , so within the office space we work there was a social held to release some stress and connect more with the employees there.
It is immensely important especially in the creative industry to focus and stay driven within the passion and creativity but sometimes we need to remain human and let off some steam , let loose and connect with each other outside office hours. It’s beneficial to the company that you learn when to relax and clock off as it helps recharge the social and creative battery at the core of your team.
The social was after work drinks with some beer and wine and music , a very lowkey event to attend and let off some steam that has built up during the week.

Creativity rarely thrives in isolation. When people engage with each other informally whether that be over a quick coffee break or a few beers , ideas and passions flow more freely. These casual conversations can lead to unexpected insights or help shape the seed of a project into something brilliant.
When your routine is clock in , head down get stuck in to your work and clock out you often isolate yourself from relationships and networking opportunities as you appear as closed off and unapproachable , so an opportunity to mingle among your peers and share what ventures and innovations your working on will both build each other up and help validate our ideas.
In the creative industry we are driven by our emotions and experiences , so keep everything bottled up and locked away is foolish we should communicate , we should talk and we should share as that is the most human thing we can achieve.
