4. No Refund Policy

Eligibility Requirements:
To claim under this guarantee, you must provide verifiable proof that:

1. You have posted the purchased video on at least one major platform (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).

2. The engagement (views, likes, or equivalent metrics) achieved within a comparable timeframe after posting is less than a 600% increase compared to the engagement on your most recent comparable self-created video (posted within the last 6 months).

3. The comparison must be made on the same platform and for similar content type.

Process:

• Claims must be submitted via email to info@musicvideomarketplace.com within 14 days of posting your purchased video.

• You must provide links, screenshots, or platform analytics verifying your claim.

• Music Video Marketplace Ltd reserves the right to review the evidence and determine if the claim is valid.

If the claim is validated, we will provide a replacement video of equal value at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property & License

• All Products are licensed, not sold.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased video for personal or commercial purposes, provided such use complies with these Terms.

• You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products.

  • Claim ownership of the Products.

  • Use the Products in unlawful, defamatory, or pornographic content.

• All intellectual property rights remain the property of Music Video Marketplace Ltd.

7. User-Generated Content

• If you upload, submit, or provide any content (such as logos, text, or branding for use in your video), you remain solely responsible for that content.

• By submitting such content, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights to use it.

• You grant Music Video Marketplace Ltd a limited license to use, edit, and incorporate your submitted content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your purchased Product.

• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

8. Account Responsibility

• If the Site offers user accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Because our Products are digital files, you acknowledge that once delivered they cannot be returned or revoked.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or your license to use our Products if you violate these Terms.

13. Severability
