On 25th of March our team flew over to support our CEO graduating from the GROW Music program 2024 , a huge achievement celebrating the innovative music tech companies within the industry. This was a 12 week program in which upcoming music tech companies were assisted by titans of the creative industry including BPI and Abbey Road Studios led by Leon Kennedy and Amalie Biden.
Music Video Marketplace was the one and only Irish based tech company invited to the program and made quite the impact being a small start up from Northern Ireland. The team was there to support Loraa as she pitched our company to an audience of cohorts and angel investors who were looking to improve the music tech industry.
This program was developed and created by Anthony J King as the program coordinator and was a massive assistance to MVM getting the attention aimed towards their music tech advances and supporting our CEO in the appropriate avenues of how to present them to investors and collaborators and truly show the problems we are solving at MVM.
The program’s mentoring came in various forms such as staged pitches in highly regarded locations such as META headquarters and Houses of Parliament , redesigned our investor pitch , innovated new tech and was given one on one mentoring. The opportunity for expansion and networking was invaluable and has helped MVM to grow their range from just NI Based to the wider UK tech world.
The graduation ceremony consisted of an introduction to the event by Amelia , a general overview of the program and how much success came from it, then all members got to stand on the iconic abbey road studio in a nostalgic turn of events.
