Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MVM website or Workspace, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Purchases and licences are tied to the account that made them.

3. Purchases & The Workspace

Videos can be purchased from the catalogue or from inside the Workspace. Pricing is per video and per deliverable, and is confirmed at checkout in your selected currency. Payment is processed securely through Revolut, including card and Google Pay. A purchase only takes effect once payment completes; availability and any exclusivity are re-verified at that moment, and an order that can no longer be fulfilled is cancelled and refunded.

4. Deliverables

A purchase covers only the deliverables selected at checkout — the main video, and where offered for that video, a social reel, Spotify Canvas, 30-second clip, or behind-the-scenes footage. Deliverables you did not buy remain locked and can be added later. Where you match your own track against a video, that pairing is a preview only: no music or audio rights are included in any purchase.

5. Licensing

Videos are licensed, not sold outright. Standard licences are non-exclusive and limited by a per-video licence cap; where offered, an exclusive licence permanently retires the video from the marketplace once the sale completes. Combined Workspace projects and collection bundles are licensed as described in the Licensing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Refunds

Because purchases are delivered digitally and immediately, orders are final once a download has been issued. Where an order fails, is charged twice, or a video was materially misrepresented, contact support and we will resolve it.

7. Creators, Talent & Crew

Anyone approved onto the MVM roster (as a Creator, Talent, or Crew member) is engaged per project and paid a fixed fee for an agreed brief, confirmed before work begins. This is not a revenue-share or commission arrangement — the agreed fee is paid once the delivered work is reviewed and approved, subject to the bank details on file being complete and correct. Any additional work beyond the agreed brief is agreed and priced separately.

8. Affiliate Programme

Approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link within the tracked attribution window, at the tiered rates published on the Become an Affiliate page. Commission is payable on completed, non-refunded orders. Rates and terms may be adjusted with notice.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MVM to:

• ·Upload or license content you do not have the rights to
• ·Resell or redistribute raw licensed files outside your licence terms
• ·Register licensed content with content-ID or rights-management systems
• ·Circumvent or interfere with the platform's security or payment systems
• ·Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation on the roster
• ·Abuse discount, referral, or voucher mechanics, including self-referral

10. Intellectual Property

The MVM name, logo, and site design are the property of Music Video Marketplace. Licensed videos remain subject to the rights granted under the licence you purchased; nothing in these Terms transfers authorship or copyright in the underlying work unless expressly stated in the Licensing Agreement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Licences granted for completed purchases survive account closure unless revoked for breach. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MVM is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or licensed content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of MVM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
